The Opportunity

We're seeking TikTok creators (8K-25K followers) to create engaging content promoting films, media projects, and mission-driven organizations. This is your chance to:

  • Get paid to create content about stories and causes that matter

Project Details

  • Campaign Duration: Typically 2-month engagements

  • Content Volume: 4-7 UGC videos per week during campaign period

  • Compensation: $2000 per month plus performance incentives

  • Relationship Type: Freelance (1099) with flexible scheduling

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging, on-trend TikTok content featuring media projects and non-profit initiatives

  • Highlight key messages while maintaining your authentic voice and style

  • Collaborate with our team to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives

  • Optimize content for maximum reach and engagement on TikTok

  • Meet content deadlines while managing your own flexible schedule

Qualifications

  • TikTok Following: 10K-50K followers with strong engagement metrics

  • Content Experience: Proven track record creating compelling TikTok videos

  • Platform Knowledge: Understanding of TikTok trends and algorithm

  • Target Audience Expertise: Experience delivering content to diverse Gen Z audiences

  • Adaptability: Ability to pivot content strategy based on performance data

  • Work Eligibility: Authorized to work in the U.S. as a 1099 contractor

Location

  • US-based creators, especially in San Francisco, LA, NYC, Boston, Chicago, and Atlanta

  • Remote work with occasional virtual meetings
